This Brand Usage Guide is intended to provide guidance regarding use of the OneTrust brand name and OneTrust trademarks.  

You must use the full brand name shown in the left-hand column for the first occurrence of a brand name within a document. However, after that first occurrence, you may use the approved short name (where noted in the right-hand column). Use only approved short names.

For names that are shown below with a “™” or “®” trademark symbol, the first occurrence of a brand name in a document must include the trademark symbol. However, the symbol is not necessary for subsequent occurrences of the brand name within the same document.   

Only use the ® mark if you will be using in the country it is registered in. 
When needed in names, we use the ampersand symbol (&) rather than “+” or “and.”
